Lean Clean Technology Private Limited has established itself as a global pioneer in the design, manufacture, and supply of advanced Inline Cleaning Systems and stamping-bending machines. Our journey began long before our official founding in 1993, driven by the innovative vision of our Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Gregor Schulze-Eyssing. The Lean Clean T50 is a high performance cleaning machine for mass-produced parts, in which up to 95% of the production oil can be recovered. The Lean Clean T50 degreases, cleans and preserves industrially manufactured mass- produced parts. This powerful inline cleaning machine can be operated centrally or decentrally in inline operation, either automatically or manually. The integrated oil drip device catches the first oil even before the cleaning starts. Up to 95% of the production oil is recovered sorted and returned to the production machine.After the spin cycle, detergent is pumped into the drum. The centrifugal force tears the cleaner through the parts (screws, nuts and other small parts), so that not only the outer parts are cleaned and degreased. The cleaning agent also penetrates the small parts inside. The washing times are adjustable. After, a drying process follows, which can also be regulated. Corrosion protection or coatings are also possible

The Lean Clean TS50 de-oiling centrifuge is a high-performance continuous flow machine for mass produced parts such as screws, nuts, stamped parts, pressed and turned parts. The Lean Clean TS50 removes oil quickly and thoroughly. At the same time, companies save oil with this inline cleaning machine, because with turbo de-oiling, over 95% of the production oil is recovered sorted and fed back into the production process. This is economical and environmentally friendly! The Lean Clean TS50 can be operated centrally or decentrally in inline operation, either automatically or manually. The de-oiling centrifuge works in a continuous flow system. Warm or cold air can optionally be switched on after the de-oiling process and for drying

The Lean Clean WS30 de-oiling centrifuge was specially developed for the industrial cleaning of large mass parts and throughputs. This high- performance continuous flow machine also works as a de-oiling centrifuge, which recovers over 95% of the production oil sorted in the in-line cleaning process. Our customers appreciate the high oil recovery, environmental friendliness and economy of this high-performance inline cleaning machine for larger mass-produced parts and throughputs. The Lean Clean WT30 is a high performance inline washer for mass produced parts capable of recovering up to 95% of the production oil. Industrial mass-produced parts such as screws, nuts, etc. are de-oiled, cleaned, burnished and preserved in a continuous process. The Lean Clean WT can be operated centrally or decentrally in inline operation, eitherautomatically or manually. Up to 95% of the production oil is sorted back into the production machine. After the spin cycle, detergent is pumped into the drum. The centrifugal force tears the cleaner through the parts. Not only the outer parts are cleaned, but the cleaning agent also penetrates the inner parts. The washing times are adjustable. After washing, a drying process follows, which can also be regulated. Corrosio protection or coatings are also possible

Ultrasonic cleaning - drying - conservation on a footprint of less than 1 m² The inline cleaning machine Lean Clean SF 500 is a high-performance cleaning machine, also for more sensitive mass-produced parts. These are individually and continuously wet-chemically cleaned and dried in the immersion bath in a continuous process. Depending on the cleaning requirements, ultrasound is used for cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning process is extremely gentle and thorough. The sensitive mass parts are fed in doses and slide into the cleaning chamber. Optimum cleaning results can be achieved in a short time through vibration of the cleaning medium, continuously high medium throughput and additional use of ultrasound.After the washing process, the parts are conveyed out of the bath and dried. The Lean Clean SF 500 can be operated centrally or decentrally in inline operation, either automatically or manually.With individual operation, the parts are fed in doses via a bunker chute. This enables fully automatic cycle without the use of personnel.

Ultrasonic cleaning - drying - conservation on a footprint of less than 1.5 m²! The inline cleaning machine Lean Clean SF 500-2 is a high-performance cleaning machine, also for more sensitive mass-produced parts. These are individually and continuously wet-chemically cleaned and dried in a continuous process in the immersion bath, depending on the cleaning requirement with the use of ultrasound. The special thing about the SF 500-2 is that it has a two-stage design, so that rinsing stages or additional post- drying are possible in one run. Further modular construction is possible. The items to be cleaned sensitive mass-produced parts – are metered in and slide into the cleaning chamber. Optimum cleaning results can be achieved in a short time through vibration of the cleaning medium, continuously high medium throughput and additional use of ultrasound. After the washing process, the parts are conveyed out of the bath, rinsed and dried. The Lean Clean SF 500-2 can be operated centrally or decentrally in inline operation, either automatically or manually. With individual operation, the parts are fed in doses via a bunker chute. This enables a fully automatic cycle without the use of personnel
